The Brooks Runner Experience team (REx) is a large group of people managing fast-paced work in multiple locations and service channels.
As the REx Team Administrative Assistant, you will help keep this busy team organized and moving forward, acting as a point of contact between employees, internal departments, and external parties to enable communication, process, and complex scheduling to ensure the functions run smoothly.
You will manage business and organizational tasks for the Senior Director and team to support the needs of runners and retailers throughout the US.
