We are developing software solutions to support Amazon's high-growth populations.
As a Senior Program Manager in the customer excellence organization within TAA, you will help TAA build scalable, efficient processes that enable TAA to implement best-in-class Time and Attendance solutions.
You will work with business owners, HR partners and technologists to understand new and existing business requirements determining pay and time off for hourly and overtime-eligible salaried employee.
You will dive deep to understand how the business requirements relates to compliance requirements specified in the form of regulatory obligations and labor agreements and document them correspondingly, resulting in a comprehensive library of reusable policy and functional requirements.
Once the requirements are finalized, you will work with the product teams to configure the solution and launch to customers.
You will establish KPIs for adoption and provide post launch support.

Who are we looking for to join our team?TAA is looking for a smart, inventive and highly analytical Program Manager who is passionate about delivering cutting-edge process, policy and technology to support Amazon's continued growth.
In this role, you will own delivering policy and functional requirements in advance of all business launches within a geographical region based on the team's 3-year roadmap.
You will drive continuous improvement in the tools used to collect and document requirements such that the process requires less facilitation enabling HR and business partners to self-serve over time.
You will work with other project team members to drive project deliverables, provide escalation management and deliver regular communications to all project stakeholders.
You will have strong verbal and written communication skills, are self-driven and deliver high quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
Payroll or Time Management Systems related experience or similar experience in a compliance related role Experience implementing and maintaining policy, change management and processes in large-scale, complex environments.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
