We are the RV Sales and Service Leader in Washington State.
Main Purpose:
Relationships and person activities:
Directly reports to; Business Development Manager (BDM) Relations with; Internet Director Business Development Representatives Internet Product Specialist Sales Representatives Sales Managers Prime relationships with customers :
past, present and future Main Job Functions:
Achieve appointment production standards for sales in high volume standards Produce accurate documentation for set appointments Respond and account for all incoming/outgoing calls in a timely manner Follow:
up to customer inquiries in accordance to Lead Processes Follow:
up calls to dealership and customer after appointment :
sold or not Maintain high ethical standards during daily activities Maintain basic CRM knowledge and dealership/department processes Maintain updated product knowledge at all times Skill Requirements:
Follow Internet Processes set by management to ensure standards are being met and exceeded Speak clearly, concisely and effectively in a professional manner Work effectively with multiple personalities of departments Maintain a positive attitude towards peers and customers Attend and participate in all training activities and meetings Use active listening skills to address customer, owner and management concerns Act promptly to satisfy customer, owner and management needs Maintain composure and show empathy when faced with an upset customer or co:
