About PeaceHealth Department:
Food and Nutrition Services (9080) JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for performing diversified duties in the kitchen and the tray line.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1.
Ensure dishware, flatware, pots and pans are clean and sanitized.
Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of dish room and carousel.
2.
Assists in assembly of patient food trays on tray line.
3.
Deliver and retrieves patient food carts to patient floors.
Delivers floor stock to patient floors.
4.
Stocks small wares in cafeteria server.
5.
Checks and records dish machine temperatures in HACCP log.
6.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience/training:
Related experience preferred.
License/certification:
