Our client is looking for a principal software architect to lead the design and development of software platforms and APIs that deliver data streams for enterprise applications developed by others.
Join the team and apply your knowledge and experience architecting enterprise and cloud-based applications.
Make architectural design choices, define APIs, develop distributed services, and build a scalable multi-platform solution.
Work closely with product managers and account executives interfacing with customer and partner projects and applications.
Interface closely with the company's fast-paced hardware and software development teams using agile methodologies.

Requirements Master s or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely-related field and 10
years of experience in software architecture and enterprise software applications.
Proficiency with a broad range of programming languages, open-source platforms, and related technologies.
A demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Familiarity with developing, deploying, or maintaining large scale corporate IT systems (preferably in retail).
Previous experience working with third-party software suppliers and partners.
Very strong written communication and documentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and presentation skills.
Desired Qualifications Prior experience with retail software, solutions, and/or applications.
Prior experience with RF products, systems, and protocols.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
