Qualifications:

Demonstrate subject matter knowledge and teaching skill in each core academic subject per NCLB highly qualified teacher definitions.
3.
Successful special education preschool teaching experience preferred.

Effective teacher and team member who will contribute to the overall school efforts to meet all student needs.

Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents.
Responsibilities:

Implement curriculum activities for preschool students 3.
Modify instructional materials and instruction to meet the diverse needs of students and to create an education environment conducive to learning.
4.
Serve as case manager for students who qualify for special education services.
5.
Develop IEPs, behavior plans, etc.
for students who qualify for special education services.
6.
Maintain effective communication with parents concerning students' progress.
8.
Utilize various intervention techniques to modify social/emotional behaviors of assigned students.
9.
Coordinate and facilitate communication with and between students, parents, support staff, and other school personnel.
10.
Implement an evaluation system to measure student performance 11.
Direct the work of paraeducator and supervise employee.
13.
Attend required trainings and meetings.
14.
Other duties as assigned.
(The District maintains the right to reassign employees as necessary).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
