The key responsibilities of this role include:
Define and own key elements of the AWS Executive Recruiting & Onboarding team's transformation agenda.
Serve as the single threaded leader of the AWS Executive Recruiting & Onboarding team's training and onboarding program.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
