Job summaryAWS is seeking a Sales Manager who will lead the team of Productivity Application Sales Specialists responsible for the North America Small Medium Business (SMB) territory.
SMB customers have unique needs, priorities, and growth trajectories that distinguish them from enterprise businesses.
Different engagement strategies and sales motions from seller teams are required to effectively attract, grow, and retain SMB customers who use AWS enterprise applications.
As AWS continues to grow rapidly, we seek a Sales Manager who wants to join a fun and ambitious team.
This role will own, define, and execute the Productivity Applications sales strategy aligned to the North American SMB business.
You will be responsible for building and developing two sales teams, one specializing in Amazon Connect and the other in End User Computing services.
Your team will be responsible for driving revenue growth for each of their respective cloud services.
Amazon Connect is the fast growing born-in-the-cloud Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) that is disrupting the industry and introducing companies to a new way to deliver natural AI/ML driven customer experiences.
AWS End User Computing Services deliver effective virtual desktop and application streaming solutions that customers require to meet the needs of today's hybrid workforce.
The Sales Manager will align closely with go-to-market strategy and business development leaders who are driving field enablement and service adoption initiatives.
You will also work with a cross functional teams in marketing, solution architecture, and partners.
You will be at the heart of pulling together our SMB resources and helping customers adopt our enterprise-class applications.
Your customers leverage state-of-the-art service on AWS to innovate and deliver premier experiences to their employees and customer.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
