Job summaryAre you passionate about working on an extremely complex initiative with global scale and impact, that focuses on delivering the best seller experience?The Bad Actor Disincentives team within WW Selling Partner Services is looking for a passionate, innovative, organized, and results-oriented Senior Program Manager to define and drive a new strategy for a program that impacts thousands of sellers WW per week.
The program improves Amazon's ability to pay sellers quickly and protect customers from fraudulent/abusive activity in our stores.
As a Senior Program Manager, you'll have a unique opportunity to own the scaling of the existing program and define opportunities for growth over the coming one, three, and five years.
You will influence how we tackle existing operational processes, identify defects, and drive improvements.
You will define opportunities for automation and own the supporting roadmap with Product Manager and Tech partners.
You will define long-term headcount needs of the team and define where investigators should spend their time to drive the greatest impact.
You will innovate on behalf of selling partners, services, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
In this role, you will create and execute on a strategic roadmap.
You will take large, complex problems and break them down into manageable pieces, then ensure timely delivery of solutions.
You will assess costs, benefits and ROI; identify and mitigate risks; manage escalations; anticipate and make trade-offs; balance business needs with technical constraints.
The right candidate earns trust through outstanding performance, effective communication skills, and a strong record of delivering results timely and effectively.
You should have experience managing global programs for operational/engineering organization in large, multi-nationals, preferably a tech company.
The ideal candidate has broad technical skills, strong business acumen, and a deep analytical background.
Strong judgement and a demonstrated ability to influence without explicit authority are key to success.
As a Senior Program Manager in the team you will:
Enable transparency and strategic alignment across teams and partners by providing communication and clear roadmap/statuses for the initiatives you own.
Unify distributed efforts and own the plan to deliver quality outcomes that progress our vision.
Define metrics and KPIs to measure success of strategic initiatives and programs and report on their progress.
Work across organizations to ensure force multiplication with a wide array of stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
