Job summaryAmazon Alexa's Perceptual Technology Team is seeking a Senior PM to help us deliver our mission to make Alexa more perceptive and contextually aware to determine when and how to help customers.
The Sr.
Program Manager will own execution of a set of processes and supporting tools for managing organization wide goals, product and team intakes, road mapping, operational planning and business reviews.
It will be essential to understand business goals and objectives, define and organize program level deliverables.
A naturally inquisitive mindset, strong bias for action, strategic planning skills, quantitative analysis, and the ability to organize and deliver new initiatives across cross-functional teams is essential.
This detail-oriented leader will wear many hats, as a business liaison working across other teams at Amazon, and as a thought leader and business partner for Alexa Perceptual Technologies organization.
This leader will work closely across multiple leadership teams such as the Leadership Team of Alexa, and our partners from the Devices org, Audio, Alexa Mobile, and others to ensure we structure, prioritize, and track multiple programs and projects, that execute on our vision.
The candidate will shine in ambiguous situations, navigating between the details and big picture, and sharing ownership of our organization's most visible documents and artifacts including:
weekly business and metrics reviews (WBR), quarterly business reviews (QBR), and Kingpin goal reviews.
The candidate will partner with the leadership team to develop and drive operational processes and to assist with communications programs (All-Hands meetings, newsletters, internal communications).
The ideal candidate influences successfully at all levels, thinks strategically, is a talented writer and a strong organizer, takes initiative, and operates effectively across many teams.
The candidate sees around corners, is biased for action in ensuring the team is set up for success in achieving our goals, and earns trust with Alexa Excellence team and other stakeholders.
Key objectives for this role will include driving improvements in the planning, operationalization, change management, and communications of programs and processes, as well as implementing metrics for the measurement and analysis of program effectiveness.
A successful candidate will have strong program management skills and must have the ability to gather business requirements and partner with the various stakeholders to plan, implement and improve solutions.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
