In this role, with your passion for developing others, you will help recruit, onboard, and manage early career technical hires on their journey to become skilled cloud IT professionals by administering a multi-modal training program that combines instructor led training, lab exercises, scenario-based project sprints, and more to develop and hone cloud based and professional developments skills.

Key job responsibilities This position can be located near any AWS office in the U.
S.
Operationalize an internal customer facing technical education programDevelop and nurture relationships with student intake and recruiting sourcesDirectly manage groups of learners during their six-month technical learning program (up to 40 direct reports)Analyze success metrics and completion criteria for program and learner trendsTrack milestones and progress through program scorecards for academic and post academicEnsure SME engagement per program requirementsPartner with learning strategy team to preserve consistent program experience for all learners globally through defined curriculum, milestones, and interactionsDevelop and document workflows and processesManage the cohort budgetEnsure conducive learning environment, team space requirements and facilitiesAbility to travel, estimated at 10-20%About the teamAs a Program Manager, you will be part of the team managing AWS Tech U, which is an accelerated career development program for those who want to advance both their technical and business skills.
This unique program consists of instructor-led, project-based learning curriculum, followed by On-the-Job Training (OJT) learning assignment within various business units across AWS worldwide operations.
Tech U currently has training cohort locations around the world, with more locations starting up in 2022.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
