ABOUT THIS ROLEOur growing team is looking for a Digital Analytics expert who's passionate about data analytics and believes in our mission of maximizing the value of Audible's data by providing the right information at the right time via the right tools.
In this role you will represent the voice of the customer, measure the user experience, and empower the organization to harness the power of data to make informed decisions on behalf of our customers.
This role will be temporarily remote until our return to office date, at which time we will use our Hub+Home model.
Our Hub+Home hybrid model provides flexibility to do our best work in the way that works best - maximizing the benefits of both work from hub and home.
We promote flexibility in how we work, when we work, and from where we work.
We also offer the opportunity to work fully remote for up to four weeks per year from anywhere within your assigned hub country.

ABOUT YOUYou have an insatiable appetite for understanding your customers and are relentless in finding solutions that meet their needs, sewing the details together and tying them back to the big picture.
You're a natural collaborator equally comfortable talking tech with developers, discussing KPI's and analytics with product marketers, finance, marketing & content stakeholders.
You have a high level of proficiency across the Adobe Experience Cloud suite of products, with a desire to grow an analytics center of excellence for Audible and our partners.
You're an accountable, hands on problem-solver with a positive attitude, letting nothing stand in the way.
You know how to clarify the path forward and prioritize work.

As a Digital Analytics Specialist, you will.
Work cross-functionally, across Tech, Product, and Analytics teams to plan for and execute sound data tracking solutions.
Collaborate with business and product owners to develop and execute new analytics data collection requirements.
Act as the subject matter expert of Adobe Analytics, playing a key role in incorporating best practices into tech design and development processes.
Support self-service analytics across internal customers, by providing dashboard templates and ad-hoc support that enables the measurement of Product features across web, mobile web and apps.
Manage and implement Adobe Analytics efforts from administration of the product to implementation design to building monitoring dashboards in partnership with business owners.
Create & monitor key dashboards for ensuring the health and accuracy of Adobe Analytics implementation.
Evangelize use of Adobe Analytics to measuring Product and Customer Experience.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
