Our Recruiting Operations team is seeking a results-driven, influential Program Manager to lead across our Amazon Physical Stores recruiting organization.
In this role, you will work with Recruiting teams to build and lead programmatic solutions and strategies for recruiting event hiring model as well as own operational programs such as recruiting technology change management.
To be successful in this role you will need to be deeply connected to the needs of our recruiting team and processes, demonstrate strong project management and analytical capabilities.
You'll need to be flexible and adapt quickly to changes in direction and be able to effectively manage conflicting priorities.

Role and Responsibilities o Lead projects related to recruiting operations including but not limited to hiring events from start to finish, and through continuous inspection and reiterations, working through obstacles and gaining support from various stakeholders along the way o Lead change management for new and existing initiatives within recruiting technology.
o Create, maintain and iterate on various tools and mechanisms utilized in the hiring event space to increase event effectiveness, create scalability and a positive candidate, recruiter and interviewer experience o Review and analyze data to identify trends and key insights, recommending and implementing solutions to drive recruiting efficiencies and optimization.
Evaluate recruiting metrics to understand opportunities within the recruiting funnel and partner with recruiting teams to implement appropriate mechanisms o Create, drive and present weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual metrics and action plans for recruiting events.
o Partner and collaborate with business stakeholders and cross functional teams, including Recruiting Operations, Recruiting, and other central Amazon teams to leverage existing tools and resources and share best practices o Intimately understand and stay current with recruiting priorities and trends of the businesses and align work and priorities accordingly A day in the lifeTo be successful in this role you will need to be deeply connected to the needs of our recruiting team and processes, demonstrate strong project management and analytical capabilities.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
