The Sr.
Manager, ProServe Strategic Growth Initiatives, reports to the Director, US Federal, Nonprofits, Healthcare, and Partners ProServe, and is responsible for oversight and direction of activities related to the conception, planning, and delivery of strategic initiatives needed to deliver Professional Services to our customers, enable scale, and build valuable customer solutions.
This role will work most closely with the Sr.
Manager, ProServe Strategic Growth Initiatives for WWPS, the Technology Solutions and Delivery team, Sales and other AWS business and technical leaders.
Together they will identify existing and emerging customer trends, and develop strategic responses to those trends.
The successful candidate will own strategic growth initiatives from conception to deliver results and includes but is not limited to SFDC hygiene, pipeline review, proposal review, business approval, delivery, and CSAT.
Initiatives may be shorter with a defined ending, while others may result in long-term work assignments.
This role requires a high business acumen, go-to-market experience ideally within a tech/cloud environment, and strong analytical skills coupled with strong collaboration and influencing skills.
This is a hands-on position where the candidate must be willing to roll up their sleeves.
The lead will thrive in a fast-paced environment, will be able to manage through ambiguity and complexity, and constantly seek ways to invent and simplify across the business.
This position has great lateral and upward growth potential.
Responsibilities:
Develop strategic go-to-market plans for the US Federal, Nonprofits, Healthcare, and Partners ProServe organization by evaluating current state and future trends for Professional Services and propose recommendations, strategic initiatives and relevant investments to grow the business.
Charter, manage and execute approved strategic growth initiatives to deliver planned results.
Build relationships and interlocks with Service, Sales, GTM, Partner, M&A and other AWS organizations in order to strengthen mechanisms needed to enable business growth.
Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams as they build their long-term pipeline in order to align Professional Services growth priorities.
Identify technologies, services solutions, and partners that help our capture strategies, partners' strategies, proposal approaches, and technical solutions.
Assist in the development and provide inputs into ProServe operational plans.
Collaborate with ProServe Sr.
Practice Managers to leverage/share best practices that will accelerate cloud adoption and de-risk project delivery.
Assist Director US Federal, Nonprofits, Healthcare, and Partners ProServe in conducting 2x2 business reviews.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
