- Adapt to New surroundings quickly - Work with a diverse community, address their children's interests - Run schedules and meetings - Encourage staff - Problem solve Applicants:
- Must have a minimum of an ECE degree, CDA or 35 ECE credits - Must have knowledge of WAC - MUST have the current PBC - Have the required Basic stars plus 30 annual stars or more - Have all lead teacher requirements and all cards up to date - Transcript Of course, ALL staff are given annual raises.
