FLOAT JOB DESCRIPTION JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1.
Possess a current food handlers permit.

Present a negative TB test.

Present proof of education, high school diploma, G.

college transcripts, CDA certificate etc.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
7.
Must be cleared by the state of Washington for criminal history.
8.
I-9 verification of citizenship.
9.
Must be willing to take part in in-service staff training.
11.
Must have or be able to obtain a food handlers permit within the first two weeks of employment, this can be done on line at the center.
13.
Meet with the executive director and go through staff/volunteer check list within one week of hire.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
1.
Float reports directly to the executive director.
2.
The float is under the mandates of local, state and federal laws and requirements.
Hourly rate of pay is D.

00 per hour with potential for a raise after the probationary period.

DAILY
Responsibilities:
1.
Give breaks to staff members as designated on schedule.
2.
Prepare, serve and clean up breakfast, lunch and snack.
Lunch is catered by Farestart.
Float staff will prepare lunch for serving in all three classrooms.
3.
Sweep and mop floor, clean and sanitize counter tops and tables with bleach solution.
4.
Assist other staff in the Pooh Bear room or others as needed.
WEEKLY
Responsibilities:
1.
Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, trashcan, and high chairs in Pooh Bear room.
2.
Keep all appliances clean, (stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher) throw out anything that is past its pull date and or isn't going to be used.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
