General Manager
Job Description:
The General Manager is responsible for achieving optimal guest satisfaction and a good working environment to attain all set objectives.
The General Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of the hotel and have duties and responsibilities including but not limited to formulating policies, managing daily operations and planning the use of materials.
Essential Functions:
Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics, which inspire team members to meet and exceed standards Manage in compliance with local, state, federal laws and regulations Insure compliance with hotel's policies and procedures Monitor budget to ensure efficient operation to ensure expenditures stay within budget Achieve budgeted revenue and labor expenses Implement and maintain local and corporate sales and marketing plans Maximize hotel's profitability Develop short and long term financial operating plans Investigate and resolve guest's quality and service complaints Select, train, supervise, develop, discipline and counsel associates and supervisors Benefits Include:
