Customer Service Rep (FT) for Top Tier Transportation Company (Renton, WA.)
We are looking for a full-time customer service representative within our Operations Department.

This position involves:
Answering phones and entering customer order information in our order entry system Proactively communicating with customers on job changes Troubleshooting answers to customer questions when they arise Collaborating with Operations Staff to ensure customer satisfaction with every job This position requires:
