Courier / Warehouse - SeaTac (SeaTac)
Scope of Work:
- Direct responsibility for servicing the client in a congenial, prompt and efficient manner on a daily basis - Interface with clients.
Verbally communicate details and information to clients and service their needs in person.
- Interface with customer service, operations and management on a daily basis regarding service quality and issues of customer satisfaction.
- Load and unload vehicles as required and verify accuracy of deliveries and pick-ups.
- Observe traffic and parking regulations and make daily inspection of assigned vehicle to insure proper maintenance & cleaning is performed.
- Prepare and process all paperwork necessary to accomplish the above processes.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned Skills:
- Ability to interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong Computer Skills.
- Clean DMV record - Ability to lift 50lbs consistently.
- Must be able to read and verify group of numbers continuously during shift.
- Strong knowledge of greater metropolitan area.
- 1-2 years previous face to face customer service experience.
- Committed to excellence in following company policies, procedures, standards and legal requirements.
- Able to pass a security clearance, background check, and drug screen.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent Prior Work
Experience:
Minimum 2 years prior experience in the service / warehouse industry or minimum 1 year experience in records management industry
