Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory of all premiums and cash.
Maintain proper security of bank and cash reports.
Review and correct gifting receipts vs.
CRS reports and template, and other tracking spreadsheets.
Assignment of Guests to Sales Representatives Communicate effectively with various internal departments.
Accurate Data Entry and Spreadsheet information Answer Phones and guests questions in a professional manner.
Preparation of Timeshare Sales Contracts for Sales Department and Property Owners.
Maintain Property Owner Information.
Prepare and balance cash and deposits for Contracts Department.
Assist Contract Supervisor in support of Sales Staff.
Preparation and maintenance of legal documents.
General office work and other duties as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Two to three years customer service experience.
Professional business appearance, positive and upbeat attitude and effective communication skills.
One or more years cash handling experience.
One or Two Years of intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must work well in a fast paced high energy environment.
Scheduling flexibility due to business demands.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Will work weekend shifts.
Ability to adapt to constant change.
Must have the ability to multi- task and be organized.
High School Diploma/GED College degree preferred Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
