New Talent Stylist/ Assistant Wanted
REQUIREMENTS:
-A current Washington State Cosmetologist License -Passion and strong desire for continued education -Genuine interest in the well-being and satisfaction of clients -Must be a team player -Knowledge of Aveda's color and product line is a plus YOU WILL LEARN:
-The technical skills needed to work on both female and male clients -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Superior customer service skills -The ability to build and retain clientele -The culture and services that are unique to Aveda DUTIES:
-Assist stylists with station setup, shampooing, color formulations, blow-dry/style, cleaning/sanitation, etc.
-Preform services on models in training phase -Participate in both off-site and in-house training classes -Educate clients on services and product knowledge for home care -Assist front desk with answering phones, booking appointments, checking in/out clients, general cleaning and laundry -Preform services on clients with supervision while building your clientele This is a full-time position and you must be available to work on weekends.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
